How we make money
peptidegrade.org has two revenue sources. Both are disclosed and neither influences our grades or rankings.
1. Verified vendor subscriptions ($100 / month)
Vendors can pay $100 per month for a "verified" badge that appears next to their name. The badge confirms we have checked their identity, their public catalog, and that they meet our launch inclusion criteria (see Methodology).
A paid subscription does not:
- Influence the grade letter (A through F) shown for that vendor on any peptide page.
- Affect the vendor's position in any sort order.
- Influence the reputation score (0–100) shown on the vendors page.
All grades and reputation scores come from third-party lab data published by finnrick.com and Janoshik Analytical. We do not generate this data and cannot change it. A paying subscriber with an F grade will still show F.
2. Affiliate links
When a vendor has an active public storefront and is launch-eligible, the "Visit store" links on this site may be affiliate-tagged. If you click through and purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate status does notchange a vendor's grade, score, or ranking. The same placement rules apply to paying subscribers and non-paying vendors.
How to tell editorial from paid
- Grade letter, reputation score, sort order — editorial. Derived from finnrick + Janoshik lab data.
- "Verified" badge — paid subscription marker.
- "Visit store" links — affiliate-tagged outbound links, marked with
rel="sponsored noopener".
Quality flags (warning banners on some vendor pages) are editorial. They are set based on community evidence and remain visible even if the vendor has a paid subscription.
